government-funded mercenary company. They're often hired by nations when stakes
are too high for anything but minimal risk. Counter-Terrorism, Special
Operations, or territory annexation, nothing is too much for them. STAR is
highly renowned for outperforming modern armies; their soldiers are more
disciplined, skilled, and experienced than the average soldier.
